Akin has over 15 years’ professional experience providing advisory services to industries from financial services, retail to telecommunications. His areas of expertise include strategy articulation, organization design, manpower planning, talent management, process design as well as business modelling.
Akin has had previous spells with Pendaxia leading several groundbreaking projects; Index Consulting; CFS (West Africa), a service management organisation as Head, Survey Analysis and Administration as well as Trojan Estates (the developers of Royal Gardens Estate in Ajah) as Head, Human Resources.
Akin brings deep experience and expertise, proven global best practices and methodologies to successfully deliver projects, business focus impacting positively on business outcomes, and project management tools ensuring that projects are successfully delivered according to plan.
Akin has a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan and has attended several management courses.
Dr. Oladapo is a Veterinary Medicine graduate from the University Of Ibadan. A consummate HR Professional with over 18 years of cognate experience, his experience spans both the consulting and management spheres of Human Capital Development.
His job assignments and responsibilities cut across both specialist and generalist HR functional roles. He was at different times, Manager, HR Strategy Services with Vic Lawrence; Employee Relations Manager at Oando Plc; Head, Human Resources at the MMA2 Domestic Airport and General Manager, Group Human Resources for Hygeia Nigeria Limited, the biggest health care group in Nigeria.
Dr. Oladapo is a certified Management Trainer with the Centre for Management Development in Nigeria; a Workplace Conflict Manager and Mediator with the Mediation Training Institute in Kansas, U.S.A; and is a SHL-Certified Work and Competency Design professional..
